MatiPico（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、特にお子様にも安心してご利用いただけるサービスの提供を重視しています。
本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
MatiPicoは、掛け算をはじめとする算数・計算練習を目的とした学習アプリです。
本アプリは、子どもを含む利用者が安全に利用できることを重視して設計されています。
本アプリの利用にあたり、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などを使用したアカウント登録は必要ありません。
また、本アプリの利用に際して、利用者の氏名や連絡先などの入力を求めることはありません。
本アプリでは、学習機能を提供するため、以下のような情報を利用者の端末内に保存する場合があります。
これらの学習データは、原則として利用者の端末内で処理・保存され、本アプリの運営者が管理するサーバーへ送信されません。
本アプリでは、無料でサービスを提供するため、Google AdMobを利用して広告を表示する場合があります。
広告配信にはGoogle Mobile Ads SDKを使用します。
本アプリでは、子どもが利用することを考慮し、パーソナライズ広告を使用せず、子ども向けの広告配信に適した設定を使用します。
また、子どもに不適切な内容の広告が表示されないよう、広告カテゴリ等について可能な範囲で制限を行います。
広告サービスの提供にあたり、Google等の第三者サービス提供者によって、端末情報、IPアドレス、広告配信、不正防止等に必要な情報が処理される場合があります。
これらの情報は、各第三者サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーおよびデータ取り扱い方針に基づいて処理されます。
本アプリでは、子どもを含む利用者が誤って広告を操作することをできる限り防止するため、広告とアプリのコンテンツを明確に区別できるよう配慮します。
また、広告を閉じる操作を意図的に分かりにくくしたり、広告のクリックを不当に誘導したりするような設計は行いません。
広告フォーマットについても、Google PlayおよびGoogle AdMobの子ども向けコンテンツに関するポリシーに適合するよう努めます。
本アプリでは、アプリ内購入により広告を非表示にする機能を提供する場合があります。
アプリ内購入に関する決済処理はGoogle Play等のプラットフォーム提供者によって行われ、本アプリの運営者がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得することはありません。
本アプリの運営者は、本アプリの基本的な学習機能を提供するために、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人を直接特定する情報を収集しません。
ただし、第4条に記載した広告サービス等の第三者サービスによって、サービスの提供に必要な情報が処理される場合があります。
本アプリの学習機能では、利用者の位置情報を必要としません。
本アプリは、学習機能の提供を目的として利用者の正確な位置情報を取得しません。
本アプリは、子どもによる利用を想定して設計されています。
そのため、必要以上の個人情報を収集しないこと、パーソナライズ広告を使用しないこと、子どもに不適切な広告を可能な範囲で制限することなど、子どものプライバシーおよび安全性に配慮した運用を行います。
また、Google PlayのFamiliesポリシーその他の適用される規則に従ってサービスを提供するよう努めます。
本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用します。

第三者サービスによる情報の取り扱いについては、各サービス提供者が公開するプライバシーポリシー等をご確認ください。
本アプリが端末内に保存する学習データは、アプリのデータ削除またはアプリのアンインストール等によって削除できます。
第三者サービスによって処理される情報については、各サービス提供者のデータ取り扱い方針が適用されます。
本アプリでは、利用者の情報を必要以上に取得しないことを基本方針とし、利用者のプライバシーおよび安全性に配慮した設計・運用に努めます。
本アプリの機能追加、利用するサービスの変更、法令または各プラットフォームのポリシー変更等に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合があります。

MatiPico (“the App”) respects the privacy of its users and is committed to providing a service that children can use safely.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the App.
MatiPico is an educational app designed for practicing arithmetic and mathematical skills, including multiplication.
The App is designed with an emphasis on providing a safe experience for users, including children.
The App does not require users to create an account using their name, email address, phone number, or other personal information.
The App does not require users to provide their name or contact information in order to use its features.
To provide its learning features, the App may store information such as the following locally on the user’s device:
As a general rule, this learning data is processed and stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to servers operated by the App’s operator.
The App may display advertisements using Google AdMob in order to provide the service free of charge.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK is used to deliver advertisements.
Because the App is designed for use by children, the App does not use personalized advertising and uses advertising settings appropriate for child-directed services.
Where possible, advertising categories are also restricted to reduce the likelihood that content inappropriate for children is displayed.
In connection with the provision of advertising services, third-party service providers such as Google may process device information, IP addresses, and other information necessary for advertising delivery, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
Such information is processed in accordance with the privacy policies and data handling practices of the applicable third-party service providers.
The App is designed to clearly distinguish advertisements from App content in order to reduce the likelihood of accidental interaction with advertisements, particularly by children.
The App does not intentionally make controls for closing advertisements difficult to understand or use, nor does it use designs intended to improperly encourage users to click advertisements.
Advertising formats are selected and configured with the aim of complying with the policies of Google Play and Google AdMob regarding child-directed content.
The App may provide an in-app purchase that allows users to remove advertisements.
Payments for in-app purchases are processed by platform providers such as Google Play. The App’s operator does not directly obtain payment information such as users’ credit card numbers.
The App’s operator does not collect personally identifying information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses for the purpose of providing the App’s basic learning features.
However, third-party services such as the advertising services described in Section 4 may process information necessary to provide their services.
The App’s learning features do not require users’ location information.
The App does not collect precise location information for the purpose of providing its learning features.
The App is designed with use by children in mind.
Accordingly, the App is operated with consideration for children’s privacy and safety, including by minimizing the collection of personal information, not using personalized advertising, and restricting inappropriate advertising content where possible.
The App is also operated with the aim of complying with the Google Play Families Policy and other applicable requirements.

For information regarding how third-party services handle information, please refer to the privacy policies and related documentation published by the respective service providers.
Learning data stored locally by the App can be deleted by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

The App follows the principle of collecting no more information than necessary and is designed and operated with consideration for users’ privacy and safety.
This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to changes to the App’s features, third-party services, applicable laws, or platform policies.
If significant changes are made, users will be informed through this page, within the App, or by another appropriate method.
